Garuda Wisnu Statue

The Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue can be seen from all over south Bali. It is the largest statue in Indonesia and it is even taller than the Statue of Liberty in New York! The statue depicts the Hindu story of Garuda's search for Amrita. -
Jimbaran Fish Market

Fun local experience, great for around lunchtime. Buy fish or seafood as fresh as it gets at the Kedonganan Fish market right at the beach in Jimbaran. Barbecue stalls around the market will offer to grill your fresh fish for a small fee, and they will add rice and spices to make the meal complete. If this sounds too adventurous, or if you are arriving around dinner time, alternatively you could ask your driver to stop at any of Jimbaran's beachfront fish restaurants instead. -
Uluwatu Temple

The 11th century Uluwatu Temple is towering over the cliffs of Uluwatu overlooking the Indian Ocean. Popular destination all day but especially for sunset, when a traditional Balinese Kecak dance show is performed. Watch out for the monkeys roaming around the temple complex!
