We suggest stopping here for two hours, as you will need to take a shuttle bus from the parking lot, and there might be queues before you are able to take the famous picture.
The expected additional driving time to make this stop is around 19 minutes. You will get to Lempuyang Temple during the first half of your ride from Amed to Sidemen (after less than an hour). From there it takes a little over an hour to get to Sidemen.

This stop can be reached without any additional driving time. Tirta Gangga Palace is located roughly halfway your route. You'll get there less than an hour after departing Amed and it will take around an hour to get to Sidemen from there.
